I Am Grieving, Now What? – Adult Siblings Edition
A guided grief workbook for young adults in their 20s and 30s who have lost a brother or sister. 44 pages.
NEW: FILLABLE PDF. Type or write right on your tablet or laptop, from your favorite spot. No printing needed. The fillable file is US Letter; the printable US Letter and A4 pages with writing lines are still included.
When a sibling dies, almost everyone asks how your parents are doing. Grief researchers even have a name for surviving brothers and sisters: the forgotten mourners. This workbook is for you. It makes room for the guilt, the anger, the "who am I now?" questions, the family that feels different, and the future you were supposed to have together.
It's also made for grief in your twenties: going back to work or class after three days off, friends who haven't lost anyone yet, their phone and texts and social media accounts, and the pull to numb it all out.
A gentle introduction before every worksheet. Each page opens with a short, honest explanation of why it matters and how it helps, grounded in respected grief research like Continuing Bonds, the Dual Process Model and disenfranchised grief, and closes with one calming breath.

A NOTE FROM ME
Hi, I'm Niki. I made these pages after losing my daughter, Harper. I'm a mom, not a sibling, and not a therapist, so I built this edition on grief research about sibling loss and young adult grief. Every page is written the way I'd want someone to talk to a grieving brother or sister: honestly, plainly, and without a timeline.
Real tears. Real love.

PLEASE NOTE
• Fillable fields work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader. In some apps the 1-5 rating circles may allow more than one choice per row. Some free PDF apps don't support fillable fields; if yours doesn't, use the printable files.
• This workbook is a gentle companion. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about ending your life, please call or text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
• For personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files. Grief group leaders and counselors, please message me about group use.
• Because this is a digital file, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If anything is wrong with your download, message me and I'll make it right.
